We exclusively use sustainably sourced hardwoods, including North American Walnut, White Oak, and Maple, to ensure durability and a premium finish.
How long does shipping take for handcrafted items?
Since many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom dimensions for your products?
Yes, we offer customization on many of our signature designs. Please contact our design team through the 'Custom Order' page for a personalized quote.
How should I maintain and clean my wood furniture?
We recommend using a soft, dry lint-free cloth for daily dusting. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals or direct heat.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Is assembly required for your products?
Most of our chairs and small tables arrive fully assembled. Larger dining tables and bed frames may require minimal assembly; all necessary tools and instructions are included in the box.
