Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original wood-safe packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or moisture during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
