Rubio® Monocoat Universal Maintenance Oil nourishes and protects oiled wood surfaces that need occasional revitalizing. It reinforces the original finish and adds a subtle sheen while enhancing water resistance and durability. Use it on high-traffic areas or surfaces exposed to wear. Compatible with all Rubio oiled finishes but also great for converting floors finished with other oils. Safe for indoor use.

When is Universal Maintenance Oil appropriate to use?
Universal Maintenance Oil is intended to increase sheen of an Oil Plus 2C finished surface, transforming it from matte to a velvet finish. If you prefer a higher sheen, use Universal Maintenance Oil and continue maintenance with this product.
